Is recycling included, or is that extra?
Included, at no extra charge. Knoxville picks up garbage weekly and curbside recycling every other week on the same service day, so on recycling weeks we take both carts out and bring both back. There's nothing you need to tell us — we track which weeks are which.

What time does my cart go out and come back?
Out the evening before your pickup day, after 6 p.m. — that's the earliest the city allows carts at the curb. Back the same day it's emptied, before the 9 p.m. deadline the city sets for getting carts off the street.
What if I'm out of town?
Text us and we'll pause you. Paused weeks are free, and there's no minimum notice — if you tell us the morning of, that's fine.
What happens on holiday weeks?
The city shifts collection on some holidays, and we follow whatever the new day is. You don't have to look it up or remind us.
Is there a contract?
No. It's month to month, and you cancel by sending a text. Nothing to sign and no cancellation fee.
My cart is behind a locked gate. Does that work?
Usually yes — put the gate code or where the key lives in the notes box on the form, and Taban will confirm the details with you before your first pickup.
What about a second cart, or an unusually heavy week?
A second cart is covered by the same $40. If you've got a one-off pile that won't fit in a cart — a move-out, a garage clean-out, brush — that's a separate haul-away job. Mention it and we'll quote it.
How do I pay?
Taban will go over payment with you when he confirms your start date. Nothing is charged before your first pickup.
Do you do this outside Sterchi Hills?
Not yet. The valet route only works if the houses are close together, so it's Sterchi Hills for now. The rest of TG Services — mowing, leaf and gutter cleanup, pressure washing, brush hauling, odd jobs — covers Knoxville and the surrounding towns.

TG Services is Taban's business. He lives in Sterchi Hills and started out mowing, doing cleanups, and hauling brush for neighbors here before adding the trash valet route.
